“I wanted to let you know that everything with the move and install went extremely well. Your crew and the team leader especially did a great job. Definitely some tricky moves, but the crew handled it expertly. Nothing broken at all, which after traveling over 3k miles, I consider a major win. We have a couple missing pieces, but that happened due to vibration while in transit — nothing at all on your end. The move itself from the semi-truck into your packers and then into my house — wow — everything went so well and according to plan. Thank you again for taking on this challenging and unique job.
