Realtor Spotlight: Jenna Lyn Gutierrez

NOR-CAL Moving Services would like to take a moment to recognize Jenna Lyn Gutierrez for her outstanding work in real estate! We took a chance to meet with Jenna and find out more about her and what she does throughout her day to day.
Can you share your background such as what school did you graduate in?
I graduated in Allied and Real Estate Trainers.
How long have you been in the real estate industry?
This is my 4th year in the business. I started in 2018.
What are your certifications/accreditations?
I’m Global Luxury Certified.
Do you have any specialization?
I work in many communities throughout the Sacramento area such as: Lincoln, Roseville, Granite Bay, Fair Oaks and Elk Grove. I specialize in the Sun City Lincoln Hills community and am an expert in that area as well.
What made you decide to become a realtor? Who inspired you?
My mom is my inspiration! She has been encouraging me for years to get my Real Estate license and I’m so glad I did. I was blessed to have her train me with her wealth of knowledge and experience for over 38 years.
What differentiates you from other realtors? Or what can homebuyers expect from your service?
I’m an honest and genuine person who loves being a resource and advocate for my clients to get the highest level of service a realtor can provide! I take my job very seriously and my clients are my priority and I make sure they know it.
What piece of advice would you give someone looking to buy a house at this current market?
Be patient and have fun on our search! We WILL find the one. Learn exactly what you want and never be afraid to make an offer! Don’t settle and definitely don’t get discouraged!
What is your favorite thing to do in the area of Sacramento?
I love to go wine tasting and try new restaurants!
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
Spending time with my kids, my dogs and my closest friends! I love hiking, working out and spending time at the pool.
